In 2006, I graduated from the University of Bahrain with a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia and started my professional life as a graphic designer. I took advantage of some of the skills I acquired in my life and became a trainer for multimedia programs. This experience made me realize that I wanted to focus on solving problems for users through UX research. I decided to study UX Design, which is closely related to the multimedia specialization but with the difference that I previously focused on satisfying business regardless of the user’s opinion. In UX Design, I focus on what the user needs and solve their problems through UX Research in a way that benefits the business more. Since I have a ‘certificate in app development with swift’ and ‘web design specialist’, this adds additional knowledge of web development and iOS programming to my skills as a UX designer.
